2. Definitions

• "Platforms" — cloud software platforms (DTS Clean, DTS Trip, DTS Hive, DTS Bar and others) developed and maintained by Dream Target Systems.
• "Licensed User" — a company or sole proprietorship that uses one or more Platforms under a license agreement.
• "End User" — an employee or associate of the Licensed User who accesses the Platform.

3. License to use

Dream Target Systems grants the Licensed User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected Platforms in accordance with the chosen subscription plan. The license is limited to the duration of the subscription and includes access to all features included in the selected plan. The Licensed User may not sublicense, copy, modify, or distribute the Platforms.

4. Data responsibility

The Licensed User is the data controller for personal data entered into the Platform. Dream Target Systems acts as a data processor and processes data solely according to the Licensed User's instructions, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Licensed User is responsible for the lawfulness of collecting and processing data of their employees, clients, and partners.

5. Technical obligations of the provider

Dream Target Systems commits to ensuring Platform availability of at least 99.5% monthly (excluding planned maintenance), regular security updates, automatic data backups, and technical support via email. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Data access and isolation

All Platforms use Row Level Security (RLS) policies to isolate data between users. Each Licensed User has access exclusively to their own data. Dream Target Systems as the platform provider has technical access to the infrastructure but commits not to access the Licensed User's business data except for technical support purposes and only with prior consent.

Data of one Licensed User is never visible to another Licensed User. Technical isolation is enforced at the database level.

7. Intellectual property

The Platforms, including source code, design, databases, documentation, and all related materials, are the exclusive property of Dream Target, obrt za usluge. The Licensed User retains ownership of all data entered into the Platform.

8. Limitation of liability

Dream Target Systems is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Platform by the Licensed User, data loss caused by the Licensed User's actions, service interruption caused by force majeure or third parties, or unauthorized access resulting from the Licensed User's failure to protect access credentials.

9. Contract termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In case of breach of these Terms, Dream Target Systems reserves the right to immediately restrict or revoke access to the Platform. After termination, the Licensed User has the right to request data export within 30 days, after which the data is permanently deleted.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For all disputes, the competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.
